Childhood Understanding: Ecosystems and Community

As a young LGBTQ+ teen, I found belonging and a safe haven in online spaces like Habbo, where I immersed myself in virtual ecosystems and created spaces for connection. What started as a game became my first introduction to systems thinking, collaboration, and the power of design to shape experiences. These early lessons sparked my curiosity for creating systems that bring people together—a foundation that continues to inspire my work today.
